I agree with the Trim Nutrition comment. I looked everywhere because I was tired of paying $35 per visit so happened upon them online and now Im saving tons 'o' money.

I saw a salon advertising that they give Vit B shots. The salon is the type of place that does many skin care, facial type of treatments. You might want to check something like this out and I think the cost was $25 which is less than many copays.

It shouldnt be $60 for a b12 shot. I went to a place today that does them for $24. The Doctor told me once a week for 6 weeks and then evaluate how many times you need to go from there. She said most people came in every two weeks.
My best friend goes once a week because she has health things going on and has never looked better or been in better health.

I give them to myself 2 times a week, and have never felt any pain what-so-ever. Thay are amazing!!

Hi, I am 59 ,female and hate shots too. I went to .D.O. Dr today having Bronchitis he gave me B12 shot. I don't know what the heck these people say hurts unless they are giving it to themselves. I paid $15 and with 2 hours my mood was just happy, not anxious feeling. I am calling a day of "praying in a shot! I wish you the best & has to reply!! C

Jen how were u dignosed with the adrenal problem. And how did the dianose the adrenal problem since I have a problem with adrenal gland ,but they cant figure out what to do, u r the 1st person I met even mentioning that issue, if u dont mind sharing…..

I have never once had any pain in multiple injections so I guess each of us have a different reaction, seriously though I dont even feel the needle, but the guy who does them is outstanding too..
